"This page describes a partial implementation of the C++ standards proposal N2550: "Lambda Expressions and Closures," by Jaakko Järvi, John Freeman, and Lawrence Crowl. As of May 2008, there is a branch of GCC dedicated to developing support for C++0x lambda functions."

"ConceptC++ is an extension to the C++ Programming Language that introduces first-class support for Generic Programming. It is the first attempt to introduce complete support for Generic Programming into a mainstream programming language. ConceptC++ is a strong candidate for inclusion into the upcoming ANSI/ISO C++ Standard, dubbed C++0x. The Open Systems Laboratory at Indiana University is developing a prototype compiler for ConceptC++, ConceptGCC."

"Luabind is a library that helps you create bindings between C++ and Lua. It has the ability to expose functions and classes, written in C++, to Lua. It will also supply the functionality to define classes in lua and let them derive from other lua classes or C++ classes. Lua classes can override virtual functions from their C++ baseclasses."
